1. Ordering and Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal. However, you can use your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through PayPal's secure gateway without needing a PayPal account.

What currency will my order be in?

All product prices and transactions are displayed and processed in US dollars (USD).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. You must contact us within 6 hours of your purchase to request a change or cancellation. After this period, we cannot accept requests as your order may have already entered the processing stage.

2. Shipping and Delivery

What is your handling and shipping time?

Our order handling time is 4-6 business days. After that, express shipping takes approximately 10-12 business days. The estimated total time to receive your order is 14-18 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat fee of $6.49 USD for all orders.

Will I be charged for taxes or customs fees?

No. The amount you pay at checkout is the final amount. We guarantee that there will be no additional taxes, customs duties, or fees charged upon delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress at any time.

Which countries does Sport9Design ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

3. Returns and Refunds

What is your refund and returns policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a request for a return, replacement, or refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs.

When am I eligible for a return/refund?

We accept returns or refunds for products that are defective, damaged during shipment, or if you received the wrong item, color, design, or size.

When am I not eligible for a return/refund?

Since our products are made upon order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for cases of a change of mind, choosing the wrong size/design without an error on our part, or for items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the user.

How do I request a refund?

Please email us at support@sport9design.shop with photos of the defective item and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

How long does a refund take?

If approved, refunds will be issued via PayPal (the original payment method) within 5-10 business days.
