1. Ordering and Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
- PayPal (and Venmo via PayPal where available in your region)
- Credit / debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) processed through PayPal's secure gateway
What currency will my order be in?
All product prices and transactions are displayed and processed in US dollars (USD).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. You must contact us within 6 hours of your purchase to request a change or cancellation. After this period, we cannot accept requests as your order may have already entered the processing stage.
2. Shipping and Delivery
What is your processing and shipping time?
Our order processing time is 4-6 business days. After that, standard shipping takes approximately 10-12 business days. The estimated total time to receive your order is 14-18 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat fee of $6.49 USD for all orders. Free shipping for orders of $79 or more.
Will I be charged for taxes or customs fees?
We believe in transparent pricing. The total amount you pay at checkout is the final price. We cover all applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress at any time.
Which countries does Sport9Design ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
3. Returns and Refunds
What is your refund and returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging (tags/labels attached).
How do I request a refund?
Email support@sport9design.shop with:
- Subject: Return/Replacement/Refund Request - Order #[Your Order Number]
- Description of the issue and photos (for damaged/defective/incorrect items)
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid label (where available) or an alternative arrangement.
How long does a refund take?
If approved, refunds will be issued via original payment method within 5-10 business days.
