  • Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
  • There is no restocking fee. We will cover return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the product. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges and replacements to ensure your complete satisfaction.

4. Refund Timing

If approved, refunds will be issued via PayPal (original payment method) within 5-10 business days.
